Welcome to Palenque Coffee House and our Drinks menu. From here you’ll find all our terrific hot and cold beverages from which to choose – either on their own, or with a delicious Doomsday Donut or breakfast or lunch!

Handcrafted espresso beverages

Available in 12, 16 and 20 ounce sizes

Palenque Americano: Espresso poured over hot or cold water.

Palenque Twilight Latte: Espresso and frothed milk with or without syrup.

Palenque Cappuccino: 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, 1/3 heavily frothed milk.

Palenque White Mocha: Espresso, white mocha sauce, steamed milk and whipped topping.

Palenque Dark Chocolate Mocha: Espresso, dark mocha sauce, steamed milk and whipped topping.

Palenque Salted Turtle: Espresso, dark mocha sauce, english toffee, whipped topping, with a sprinkle of salt.

Palenque Panda Mocha:  White and dark mocha, espresso.

Gourmet Coffee Drinks

Available in 12, 16 and 20 ounce sizes

Palenque Cafe au lait: Equal parts freshly brewed coffee and steamed milk.

Palenque Red Eye: Freshly brewed coffee and a single shot of espresso.

Freshly brewed coffee: Please ask about our Palenque brand coffee of the day.

Iced coffee

Tea: Hot or Iced

Available in 12, 16 and 20 ounce sizes

Palenque Chai Tea Latte: spiced chai, steamed milk, a dollop of foam and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Palenque Tea: Variety of caffeinated teas and herbal infusions available.

Hot Chocolates

Available in 12, 16 and 20 ounce sizes

Classic Pakal: Dark mocha sauce and French vanilla syrup with a steamed milk and whipped topping and mocha drizzle.

Pakal Blanco: White mocha sauce and French vanilla syrup with a steamed milk whipped topping.

Tantalizing Temple: Dark sauce and peppermint syrup with a steamed milk and whipped topping.

Tantalizing Temple Blanco: White mocha sauce and peppermint syrup with a steamed milk and whipped topping.

Sin of Cinnabar: Dark mocha sauce and French vanilla syrup with steamed milk and whipped topping and a sprinkle of Cayenne pepper on top.

Cold Beverages

French Soda: Syrup, sparkling water and breve.

Italian Soda: Syrup and sparkling water.

Smoothies: Milk, ice, and real fresh fruit; raspberry, banana, strawberry or blueberry.

Frappe: Milk, crème base or coffee base, and syrup, all blended with ice and finished with a whipped topping.

Soda: Coke, diet coke, sprite, sprite zero, mello yello, pink lemonade.

Orange Juice

Syrup flavors can be mixed, matched, added or subtracted or otherwise varied. Milk choices are whole milk, 2%, nonfat, breve, soy and almond.
